Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page when you input the destination address.
Dhana Vito has the right to amend shipment costs, without notice, prior to your order. You are therefore requested to check the shipment costs at the time of your order. As soon as your order is processed, Dhana Vito will send your purchase via carrier as soon as possible. Average delivery time is 5 working days. Our carriers deliver during business working hours and might require a signature on receipt. Therefore, we suggest your order is delivered to an address where someone will be available to accept it. If you are not in when your parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a card informing you where it is. It might be left in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick up your parcel or reschedule delivery. Dhana Vito cannot be held liable for parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.


In some cases, customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.
You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this applies to retail & wholesale customers).
Dhana Vito has no control over these charges and we cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.


Was your item not what you had in mind? Our return policy lasts 14 calendar days, commencing on the day of the delivery of your purchase. If 14 calendar days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

The item needs to be sent to the return address without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate to us your decision to return the item. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item.
The returned items must be unworn and unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Sale and personalized items cannot be returned.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. In case of approval, your refund will be processed.
The return address will be provided via email once its been approved.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund onto the original payment method used to make the order. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
